Revelation Of The Prodigal Son

The younger of the two, his inheritance he blew
Chose to leave the Father, not knowing what he'd do

To another country he went
His inheritance was spent

Then a famine arose and he joined himself with another man
Eating now the husks for pigs, filling his belly as he can

He realizes his Father feeds the servants with bread to spare
Thinking he will go back to be a servant, if he dare

His Father sees him coming down the road
Tells his Father, I have sinned and will be a servant in Your abode

The Father kisses him, clothing him in righteousness to be forgiven
Kills the fatted calf, as in a marriage is given

The elder son couldn't understand what was going on
Saying, I have always stayed, served, and could be depended upon

What the Father was showing is the younger was lost and dead
Not physically lost, or physically dead, but spiritually instead

Great emphasis the Father says he was lost and dead twice
What the Father says should always be suffice

We must overcome, and continue to the end
Not blotted out, but always to contend

No one is able to snatch you out of His hand
But by choice you can choose to leave and go to another land

Will you choose to serve and cling to the Divine
Or eat your own vomit, and lay with those swine

Rev 3:5  He that overcomes, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not
blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father,
and before his angels.
Rev 3:6  He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says unto the churches.
